The sleep mode is almost silent for use at night.The unit is very efficient, collecting moisture in a clear plastic tub that you can visually check and will stop the unit when full.There are a variety of optional colours that you can light the water with whilst it is in operation.It says the unit is for drying clothes but it simply collects the moisture given off by drying clothes so doesn't dry them directly.The unit can be used in any room that is proving to be damp or humid and it will begin to collect any moisture from surrounding air.A modern and stylish design, I think I would have preferred the mains socket at the back rather than at the side.

I ordered the Dehumidifier for Drying Clothes with Auto-Off Design,1000ML. This is really good, but I wouldn’t say it is for drying clothes. It is quite small, just 22cm tall. It plugs into the mains and is quite easy to use. Just switch it on and it will collect moisture from the air and turn it into water in the container. There are 2 different speeds for the fan and there is a timer option. You can switch the coloured lights on inside the water container. It comes with an instruction leaflet. Mine is in the bedroom and has already collected quite a lot of water. I can recommend trying it.
