This works perfectly for what I needed. Punch downs were well labeled. Enclosure is sturdy and will keep dust and cables protected. I'm running multiple POE devices with this connecting the cat6 runs to an external building

Love this patch panel. Solid metal frames and punch down ports look great waiting to get my Pro Max switch and finish rewiring my cat5e cables to Cat6a but have tested it and mounted it.

Admittedly, this is overkill for my needs. Not everyone is a pro and has done this before and a basic manual would have been nice. It wasn't until the 5th or 6th cable that I realized I wasn't supposed to thread the cables through the metal "teeth", but was supposed to use those to anchor zip ties to hold the cables. Otherwise, installation was fairly straight forward. The punchdown process went relatively quickly. As a DIYer, I completed my installation without a cable tester and didn't have to redo any cables. All connections were good on the first try. I used this in conjunction with Monoprice "Cat6A Ethernet Bulk Cable - Solid, 550Mhz, UTP, CMR, Riser Rated, Pure Bare Copper Wire, 10G, 23AWG." I have no illusions that my network is Cat6A compliant, but it didn't cost significantly more to use Cat6A rated components. I'm happy with my installation and my network is the envy of my friends. It's a good thing my friends don't know anything about networking :)

Very easy to use. Love the look. You do need a lunch down tool.

These are great little self-contained patch panels. They're small, sturdy, and easy to work with. Their small footprint makes them perfect for small IDF cabinets. The enclosure is such that it's often mistaken for a switch by those who are not familiar with IT equipment. I definitely recommend this patch panel for use where space is restricted or in home closets.

This is the 2nd time I am using this product this year and the quality is good and easy to punch.

Setting up a patch panel for my ethernet home run. The location is somewhat exposed so wanted a shielded solution. The setup was easy and at a good price. Worked the first time and as advertised. Now my remote mesh access points have a wired backhaul. Perfect!

WOW, I rarely if ever get excited about passive network parts but THIS thing has exceeded all expectations. I do many installs of that scale and I am absolutely switching to this model for all new ones :) Proper grounding. Removable cable locks. Cat6A rated. Sturdy build. Easy to protect against dust with some electrical tape. You can screw-through instead of having to carefully place the screws first, and crimp the wires directly while it's already on the wall. Game changer. I love it.

I’m very happy with this patch panel as it was a good price, very easy instructions and fits great where I wanted it.

Appliance seems well enough designed. The tool needed to punch the wiring in is not included, make sure you buy the TC-PDT 110 from the same manufacturer if you want to be able to do something.

For those places where you're being a good network admin and replacing a daisy chained consumer switch that find its way onto your network with proper drops from your server room, this is ideal. Great quality. Rugged. Nicely engineered.
