Quality product.
It is a lighter oil, and as I slugg it straight out the bottle this helps it go down.No strong tatse or smell, great quality and value for money. I won't be cooking with it, so I can't comment on how it performs in that department.

Best oil for cooking and frying
I have spent a lot of time investigating the health dangers and benefits of various cooking oils since I have cholesterol and heart issues and want to avoid further problems. Oil is beneficial in diet, but it needs to be the right one for each purpose.This mild/light olive oil is simply the best from a health point of view for cooking with. It produces the best and crispest results from deep frying without flavouring the food, and lasts a long time before requiring changing. Give it a try - you will be pleasantly surprised.One order placed for this did get lost, but the supplier responded well and refunded me. I continue to order from them at ever better rates.
