Works to remove and prevent rust stains
We used the liquid version of this brand to remove the long-term stains. These pucks drop in the tank and prevent more buildup.They work well, and have removed all the iron from the tank as well.

Best product outside the bleach ones
Not as effective as the bleach filled tablets but no bleach smell is great.

Tablets are broken to pieces
These work good but not when they are crushed to pieces. Buyer beware! These are not packaged well and you will get crushed tablets and they do not work once they are pulverized into a powder. Buy them some where else.

LIKE A JELLY FISH!
FIRST Time using this... It really helped a LOT but I gave it a 4 star being directions says to leave at corner of tank, next day its all like a jelly fish just sitting there (I'm not sure how that will help the entire tank if it's not moved). So I'm not too grossed out so I took it with my hand and spread it around the inside of tank that has major rust and lyme and that helped even more. Then as I flush, I then saw it would go through its system too, being I saw the slimy jellyfish collect at bottom of bowl and then sit there LOL and saw it come out in jelly pieces LOL

Hard water/Rust stains in toilet bowl?
Great! Keeps the toilet rust stains away, just follow directions and don't use other chemicals when cleaning the inside of the toilet bowl.

We live in an area with hard water and without something the toilets no matter how much you clean them get a buildup. This product has always worked like a dream. Pop on tablet in your tank and you are good to go until now.....same packaging but the tablet is different. It is a different shape, it feels different and it acts differently.Old vs Newtablet lasted a month - tablet now lasts maybe 2.5 weekstablet used to fully dissolve - tablet now has a funky sack like blob left overtablet used to keep water tank and toilet bowl both clean - tablet now only keeps bowl cleanEven after tablet was dissolved, I at times would forget to put a new one in and my toilet bowl stayed clean into the next month - now tablet is not fully dissolved, we aren't even at the 2 week mark and bowl is already getting rust stainsRust stains used to come back gradually - rust stains are back before the month is up.So I am thinking they "new and improved" this product and as often happens it doesn't last as long or do the job nearly as well as it used to.
