Great quality sound, noise cancellation, but too heavy, not very comfortable.
The good part is the sound quality, and apple ecosystem connectivity, good design in few aspects. It's too heavy, difficult to use for long hours. With respect to the cost, the engineering could have been much better. I have been using a senheiser headphone, that gives a much better comfort than this. More horrible service and product by Apple and Amazon
Got this delivered on 10.10.25, must say the most horrible apple product that I have received. Too heavy that it gives me migraine. I tried to return with Amazon, they don’t help. Apple does not help. What a waste of money. Waste of money.
