So close to perfect
The media could not be loaded. To start off, what you get for $60-$70, depending on a sale or not, is dang good. It's a ton of fun and hits between 20-25mph.I've seen a lot of reviews about the motor overheating. Mine does that after about 10 minutes. But I slid my heat sink down, so now that open port on top can let some more heat out. It has helped, but it still gets insanely hot. But I get around 20 minutes before it starts to slow itself down, instead of 10. But good to know it will protect itself from a flaming motor.Granted, I have some wheels that I modeled and printed, to have better grip in grass. So it's pulling a ton of power, very often. I do think this model should come with a motor fan. Unless it's a Quality Control issue with the motors. With just a percentage having heat issues.My second issue is the servo. It does not center itself very well. So on a smooth surface, it's hard to keep it straight. You have to be super smooth and make the tiniest of moves, to manually re center the wheels, in a straightaway.The build itself is great. So I'll be replacing the electronics at some point.If DeeRC makes this exact model, but with some strudier electronics, it would be worth $100, easy.For anyone that wants the files to print these wheels, it'll be on Printables. Broke within minutes
My son was very excited to receive this gift for Christmas. He drove it for two minutes and the car became unable to turn left / right. Upon inspection, I saw that the little actuator use to turn the front wheels was moving, but the wheels would not. We tried everything to free them up, but there was far too much friction for the tiny actuator to the wheels.There are many choices out there for R/C cars in this price range - choose wisely.

Didn’t work out for us unfortunately.
Had problems with the stearing it seamed from the beginning. Tried all the adjustments, but couldn’t seem to get it right. Maybe lack of communication between controller & car?

Awesome
Bought these for my twin 15 year olds and can I tell you they have had so much fun with them. These things are fast, tough, light up…definitely for ages 10 to 99 as there are small parts and batteries to recharge. Customer service was great as a piece was dislodged on one car. Customer service took care of it immediately.

AWESOME and FAST RC Car!!
The media could not be loaded. Very impressed with this RC Car! Very fast and fun! The video I posted was on the slow mode. Lol! Love that it comes with an extra battery, too! My husband even enjoys playing with this RC Car. Great quality, very durable! You definitely get your money worth!! Santa made our 8 year old happy this Christmas!
