Fit well on my vehicle. Had to use existing mounting screws, and not those that came with the product. They were not the right size. Not a problem though. New camera fits well in the mount.

It comes with 2 bolts and 2 nuts that are unusable. Be prepared to re-use the screws and clips from the old part. But, yeah. It holds the camera and emblem onto the tailgate.
