This stuff is amazing!
I've had a sore muscle in my shoulder and neck for several days, Icy Hot wasn't touching it. I put this on and in just a few minutes the pain is gone! It feels numbed, craziest feeling but I have relief. Just buy it, you won't regret it.

Not good on Postherpatic Neuralgia pain.
Did not help with my severe, excruciating Postherpatic Neuralgia pain. Will use for any other pain.

Excellent lidocaine cream at an equally excellent price
I'm recovering from shingles,and the post-herpetic neuralgia is driving me crazy as the skin nerves regenerate. I desperately needed an inexpensive lidocaine cream, and this was the winner. I'm glad I bought several of these, because the price was excellent and it works very well.
