Amazing tablet/laptop. Slim enough for travel and powerful enough to edit videos/photos. Better than the iPad pro in power and versatility, being able to conect to any mobile device and Windows product through blue tooth, Enabling you to send files or upload photos through Bluetooth. THE BEST PART!!!! I get to work from home in my pajamas!

I like it. I brought a 2tb hard driver separately and replaced it with the stock option - overall that meant a lower landed cost with a faster and bigger SSD than what’s available from Microsoft. I use it as my laptop and tablet and I think it’s awesome. I’d buy it again and would definitely recommend

It's the best surface device I've ever used. Speed battery the screen all really really good.

I was amazed at the speed compared with my old Surface Pro but then I discovered two things that made it less attractive: 1. It has an ARM processor so some software for Windows will not install 2. It does not have a USB_A socket 3. with the keyboard for this device every time I wake it up I have to detach the keyboard and reattach it to the the device recognises it.

As compare to ipad pro m4 this one is more worthy for me as I can use it as laptop and a pad. Great deal in fair price.. Worth it

This is a very neat piece of kit and a nice toy, but it is not a Windows machine in the customary sense that it will run any of the gazillion applications that have been written for the Windows platform over the last 30 years. If you want to run anything not found in the Microsoft Store, you may be lucky but there is no guarantee. Unless your printer is pretty new there won't be a driver for it. And so on. The problem is that the hype on the Microsoft website does not make any of this clear. If you've owned a Surface before you may easily be deceived into thinking it's just the newest and best of the type. Be warned, it ain't.

Overall is good but i am facing issue with apps like Netflix and amazon prime video while watching videos in full screen they keep getting fluctuating and sometimes freezes whole tablet itself. Snapdragon Elite chip is faster but still issue with compatibilities with other apps and software. Also screen bezel is too big, Where main screen looks small bcoz of it. Better go for proper laptop i would recommend or proper tablet itself. Also i bought new device but inside it packaging was open and was already turned on before.

A compact but powerful device with various improvements over past iterations and the Snapdragon Qualcomm device has none of the heat or throttling issues past Intel versions suffered from and is also more reliable. Very happy with my purchase! and seems to do everything really quickly.
