Quick Review.....Great product. Had never understood the importance of salts in hydration before being introduced to Precision Hydration. Since using it, have not had cramps, aches and pains. Have used in preparation for and during a marathon and also an Ironman. The team at Precision Hydration are also excellent. Extremely helpful and even rang me up before my Ironman to talk me through my hydration plan. How many companies do that! High recommend. Long Review......I'm writing this review with the benefit of having run a marathon earlier in the year and also completing an Ironman last week and I structured my hydration for both based on Precision Hydration products – and their advice. I was introduced to Precision Hydration products by an ultra-marathon runner earlier in the year and whilst having a good idea about the importance of electrolytes, I had never really given too much thought to getting sufficient salts on board. The Precision Hydration website allows you to do a simple sweat test and it will ‘suggest’ the right combination of their products. I’m what is described as a heavy sweater! The night before the London Marathon (actually it was the Reverse Marathon that starts at 4am on the Mall) I drank a 500ml bottle of water with one PH1500 tab. When I woke up I drank the same. This is to ensure I start the race hydrated and with the right level of salts on board. With no fuel stations enroute I was carrying everything in my hydration pack. I put two PH1500 tabs in my 1.5ltr bladder. I also took a strip of PH salt tabs too and took three of these enroute in the latter half of the run. I got to the end in great shape, just tired. On reflection, the better understanding of and use of salts, prevented me from getting cramps. I was very happy. Throughout my training for my Ironman, I continued to use PH tabs. I followed the same pre-race drinking on the eve and morning of my race then once out of the swim and onto my bike, had two 750ml bottle loaded up with 2 x PH 100 tabs to ensure I got off to a good start and replaced lost electrolytes from the swim. Maintaining my hydration on the bike was easy with the tabs and I finished the bike in good shape. Once on the run, I carried 9 salt tabs and took these over the course. I crossed the line tired but in good physical shape, I had no aches or pains and I am convinced that this had something to do with my better understanding of salts. Beyond the product, the team at Precision Hydration is great. They are athletes themselves and really understand what their products do. I’ve had some good email exchanges with them, and following one email, even got a call a couple of days before my Ironman to talk me through my hydration plan. Now that is great customer service. I forgot to mention the flavour! It’s kind of a mix of lemon and grapefruit. It’s really mild and not at all sweet, so sits in the stomach really well. There is no way I could drink 5 litres of regular isotonic fluids for the duration but Precision Hydration, for me, was perfect.

Pleasant ‘delicate’ taste which is very palatable and easy on the stomach, despite the high electrolyte content (unlike some competitors that I’ve tried). I am a heavy/salty sweater and these are a crucial part of my marathon training to prevent cramps and aid recovery.

After I started using these my cramps are far less and take much longer to come on. Great product. Taste is fine and thirst quenching too.

Does a job. But I could probably have made do with something cheaper.

Delicious and nutritious. Very effective pre and post workouts. I use them for running as I am a heavy sweater. I also use them for fasting as electrolytes. It does not say to use them for that purpose, I have been and find 48-72 hours fasts much easier when consuming these electrolytes.

I am a professional level lifter that weight cuts to compete and these are my goto rehydration tablets. Great value relative to other brands and the taste is a fairly mild lemon/lime flavour which is pleasant when you have to load up 2-4 at a time. Has all necessary electrolytes and in good ratios as well. Has never let me down and I find highly effective. Only downside is I wish they had an even stronger version!!!

I tend to sweat a lot in hard efforts or races and these have been a game changer. I’m cramping less, and pushing harder. They don’t taste great but I’d take effectiveness over flavour any day

This electrolyte is great for daily use. Perfect to take first thing in the morning to kick start the days hydration. Flavour is mild and not too much of a salty taste. If you are after an electrolyte for heavy gym sessions or after sweating a lot then some other brands offers a more concentrated amount of sodium and other minerals, but for daily use this is perfect. Also a little tip, if you suffer from hangovers, drink one of the before drinking and before bed, its a game changer.

Très bon produit pour les efforts longs ou par forte chaleur. Apport en électrolytes élevé (1500 mg/L) vraiment utile quand on transpire beaucoup. Goût citron doux, discret, pas écœurant même à haute concentration. Bonne tolérance digestive, zéro calories inutiles. Format tube pratique, dosage simple. Idéal en cyclisme, triathlon ou trail quand l’hydratation devient un vrai facteur de performance.

Sono degli ottimi integratori di Sodio, e non solo. Io che faccio triathlon di lunga distanza non posso farne a meno in quanto, soprattutto nei mesi estivi sudo tantissimo.

Perfekt nach einer ausgiebigen Party, mega unterstützend bei einer Low bis No Carb Diät oder bei einer einseitiger Ernährung ein absolutes „Must have“. Geschmacklich o.k., aber etwas süß. Spritzer Zitrone hilft da. Ich nehme morgens eine halbe Tablette und abends die andere Hälfte.
