Love this cap.it is like a cool weighted gell and like a hug to my head.I started chemo and get warm at night. Even with cold sensitivity from chemo meds I can wear over my short hair at night. Some times longer than others. I do not put in the fridge because we keep our house at about 65, so it keeps it cool enough to use. I would try it before putting in fridge, especially if you are sensitive to cold.

It was a little big so tended to slip around. I have a small head so might be fine for others. It is not adjustable. I didn’t wear it a lot because the oncologist didn’t want me too. I lost considerable amount of hair. I don’t know whether or not the cap would have helped because I didn’t wear it much.

Package instructions say put cap in refrigerator but put it in freezer and buy 2 or 3. They lose heat and go cold in about 20 minutes. We rotate from freezer. My husband kept all his hair! Be sure to keep in freezer! Good luck.

Wasn't good for my purpose as a chemo cap but may be good for the other uses. The quality was definitely good and the fit was very comfortable and perfect size.

I have a small head and the cool cap doesn't fit tightly; and there is no way to adjust it. Also, it doesn't stay cold very long, maybe 20 min. However, I'm glad I have it and am using it for my chemo. It may very well save some of my hair.
