Great for communicating between two floors of a home
We bought these for our elderly parents to help them communicate between the main floor of their home and the basement without either of them having to go up and down the stairs. This has been a great solution for them.

Works great
Works well but needs a volume control. As my hard of hearing daddy's caregiver this intercom has been a blessing, and it's loud enough for him. I just wish I could turn my end down.

Wear earplugs when using!
Wow! This unit only has two volume levels...sonic boom and boom! Loud, but not the real problem...it will ring 10 times before it stops! Receiving unit hits its button to accept the call and IT RINGS ABOUT 10 TIMES! Oh and b-t-w, good luck with the tiny piece of paper with instructions! Evidently English is not the manufacturers first language!

Loud...
I bought these so my elderly mom could call me in an emergency from her room.. she could not figure out how to use it. Two buttons was to much and they are also very loud. It does have volume setting, but even the lowest setting was to loud for me.

For safety’s sake
I bought these for safety. These allow my wife to call me a n an emergency if I am not upstairs in our bedroom. She has had seizures in the past and the danger is real.

Works well
This product works as intended, no issues to communicate one floor up with by son. The only thing that I think should be improved (=4stars) is to be able to cancel when you make a call. As is, the other device will ring loud (no volume adjusts) for 30 seconds and there no way to stop it from the calling end, only when the called device answer the call the ring stops.
