My husband likes to take an essential amino acid after workouts for muscle recovery. These gummies are more convenient for him than a protein shake, they have high levels of branched chain amino acids and they work well. They are pectin based with a medium soft texture, the green apple flavor tastes great like candy. He really liked them and had me reorder these, it’s also a good value for 30 servings.

Taste really good. Not sure if I noticed a difference in how I feel but I only took one bottle.

I really don't know what kind of effect, if any, these are having, but I do like the flavor. It isn't over-powering but certainly pleasant.

Tastes great and so much easier to take that powder BCAA’s.

These taste amazing. Almost too amazing. So i did some math. 1 serving size, is 2 gummies which are said to contain 6g of BCAA and 3g of carbohydrates. Together with the other ingredients (like water) the two gummies should weigh at least 9g (obviously should weigh more). Well the two gummies together actually weigh about 6g. We are getting short changed somewhere. There are certainly not 6g BCAA per serving. This should be illegal. I'm going to send a sample in to a lab get tested to see if there are any BCAA present at all. This is rather disappointing.

Needed the amino acids, the pills were huge and the taste of these gummies are good.
