Small and brilliant..
Firstly, let me say that I had to return this PC because there was something wrong with it and I didn’t have time to mess about and fix it. It was a WiFi issue that needed more time to be solved but sadly at this time, I just didn’t have it. I will be buying another one in a couple of months when I have more time. I connected the PC by network cable eventually (trailing across the floor so not ideal) but it was an absolute blast while it was working. My PC at home for the past year has been a Mac Mini M2 and this thing was easily as fast as that. I work with Adobe software (CC) and after I installed the suite on the Minisforum, and it did all its windows updates, it was just as fast as the Mac Mini, maybe a little faster. Apps seemed to launch quicker and run a little more smoothly and it had no issue running my BenQ 4K monitor. Colours were accurate and the display scaling worked a treat. My Mac makes a mess of running at 4K - the menus are tiny and there’s no way to change that other than dropping the resolution on the monitor - thanks a lot Apple. Who’s going to purchase a 4K monitor and be forced to drop it to 1440p to get it to work? This PC was very quiet and has plenty of connection options compared to my Mac. It’s also under 50% of the size of the Mac Mini and this makes it very unobtrusive. There are no vibrations or strange noises coming from it and the SSD is very fast (as fast as the Mac) so no issues there. There’s plenty of RAM (32gb) so I never experienced any issues running PS, Illustrator, Bridge, Edge and Outlook at the same time and using large files - most of the artwork I work with is 100mb + and it never missed a beat. I can honestly say that it exceeded my expectations and I will be purchasing another one to replace my Mac Mini in a couple of months when I can iron out any issues that may arise. Finally, I have to say that I contacted Minisforum for support and they were polite and very helpful - again not what I expected at all!

Brilliant, quiet, really fast and good value
My first mini PC and it's brilliant. In some ways it's made my bigger, noisy gaming desktop PC redundant. Firstly it's really quiet, great for office work. It's efficient in wattage making it cheap to run for 8 hours a day. You can throw any app at it and it'll handle it. Around 10w idle, and 65w during gaming. It's not a gaming PC, but it can play games and play very well. Check out the YouTube videos. For reference I've tried it with CS2 (100fps) Witcher3(50fps dx11) Helldivers2 (40fps) no problems, on 1080p on low/medium settings. And can go even higher if you turn on quality scaling. Can support 3 monitors at the same time. Overall brilliant, fast, energy efficient, quiet and tiny :)

My experience with this little PC so far..
A proper mini PC that didn't cost a fortune. For around £270 it's got a Ryzen 7000 CPU and surprisingly, dual PCIe Gen 4 NVMe slots. That's a huge deal at this price and makes it easy to upgrade the storage later. The connectivity is solid too, with a nunch of USB (including USB4 port!!!) and 2.5G ethernet. The USB4 is the real party trick here, this lets you hook up an external graphics (eGPU) for some gaming with recent ‘AAA’ titles, which my be perfect way to scale up in the future, if this PC is your long-term investment. The only drawback for anyone into upgrading is that the RAM is soldered, so it can't be swapped out later. Its not an issue for me since I didn't plan on upgrading it anyway, but it's good to know. All in all, it's a brilliant and solid piece of kit for daily work and even some light gaming, including emulation. This little box proves you don't have to compromise on features just because you're on a budget. Recommended.

Nice little PC for the money.
Got this to replace my Dad's aging Win 10 PC, much better and much smaller, works well and easy to set up. Having a little trouble getting a second monitor connected, probably due to DVI slot being v1.4 so not compatible with the cables / adapters I've got and older monitor.

Been using for over a Year now
It's been performing just that occasionally when not in use the screen will go off like it's going into sleep mode and the CPU becomes non responsive, but you can see the power button still having lights on it. I reached out to the support team and they sent me an instruction in Chinese to update the bios which requires me having a USB to achieve this, so far it happens fewer times now than before. Not so happy I spent almost 500quid and I am having issues and I am getting a 6/10 level of support. **Update** So above was my previous comment before I got amazing support from the support team, there was empathy and the support was quick, was able to update my BIOS quick and seamlessly. Moving to a 5star experience. The PC still runs smoothly after over a year of rigorous use, have a lot of VMs on this PC and they run so well. I am able to run a lab of 1 win11, 1 win server for my AD, 1 Kali for my SIEM, 1 kali as my attack box all at the same time with decent resources allocated to each VM and they run without any lag or hanging of the VMs or the host machine.

Absolutely awful
After buying one faulty machine I bought another thinking that I couldn't possibly get two faulty units. This however the turned out to be untrue as for the second time during mid setup the computer restarted and died on me. Will now be looking for a different make of PC shame on you MINISFORUM

Fast in every aspect, boots in seconds, launches games in seconds, high Internet speeds [lan], running all the games thrown at it smoothly, even without turning on amd adrenaline boosts...worth every penny n loving it so far... windows 11 pro is included n initially takes a while to set it up.

For the price, the capabilities are insane. We bought two of them and they are amazing.

I use this little beast as a home server (24/7) with 4 VMs, media storage and files in general. Its pretty fast, even with the 4 VMs and random media access within the private network. A think it is very effective, cosidering other much more expensive NAS devices available.

I'm happy with this machine. Very powerful, calm, doesn't get hot.
