This is my second season purchasing these. The deer generally don't touch a plant these are near or on, but be aware if you are doing a tree- like my apple trees- you have to have a full pack for a larger circumference. Last time they stayed away from the general areas/sides I had these hanging from, but they eventually found the back side where I didn't have some in closer vicinity. The plants they munched on last year where I didn't use these I put some and they stayed away. Don;t smell, easy to assemble, not messy. WORTH IT

Doesn’t work. It says one stake will work for several sq ft. I used 3 in one small garden bed to repel deer and keep them away from my lilies because they eat them every year before they even grow large enough to bloom. Clearly these things did nothing, as my lilies are still being destroyed.

They work! We have an abundant deer population. Purchased these per neighbor's recommendation. Plants are now thriving

I have used these for 3 years now, and they have worked well. However, it’s because they work, or possibly because the deer route hasn’t been to our property. I honestly think it’s because it works since we have a continuous herd of deer in and out of our yard.

All I know is that some animal in the neighborhood destroy these deer repellents. I placed them out in my yard, and the next day they were all broken and even eaten! Perhaps a tasty treat for racoon or skunk?

These things work very well to keep deer off plants

This does not work. I placed in my yard and the next day I watched on the camera as deer ate right next to them. Don't waste your money. Wish I could get my money back.

I'm not sure if this thing deters deer, but it attracts all kinds of other rodents. I'm not sure I've had three of them ripped off the poles and eaten and torn apart.
