These USB extension cables work perfectly! They are not thin/flimsy as others I have seen. As for their durability ... well I needed them for my keyboard and game controller since I keep my computer in an adjacent room because of cat fur and summer heat. The room next to my room has an air conditioner and mine has only fans. Also my room is small and there is no room. The cables allow me to sit on my bed and use my computer. The cables seem quite durable since they get yanked on and moved around a lot. A problem solved. They were also reasonably priced.

YES the quality of the cable does affect the speed of the charge to your device. The 1 meter cable I got with my phone was a little shorter than I needed. So I got this 2 meter (6ft) cable. When I connect this to my Samsung charge adapter and a very nice shorter usb-to-micro cable, this shows up as "fast charging". Cheaper cables usually cause the charge to be the 'regular charge' speed.The sleeve outside of the cable is that stiffer cloth that prevents tangles. Very nice clean running cables.

This cable's quality is definitely higher than others on the market, and the magnet is snappy. The braid material will definitely furl over time, but that's just the nature of braided cables. All in all this is a great cable; however, i did have some compatibility issues with my Moto g6. it plugs into the phone just fine; however something about the phone won't let the cable work. With that being said, it's a problem with my phone, not the cable because i was able to get it to work with other devices. It would have been great if i could have used it, because this type of cable is very convenient.

I bought these because my micro usb cable connectors always wear out after a few months of connecting to (especially different) phones. With these 6ft extension usb cables, I can keep swapping the cheaper, short device cables as the wear out instead of buying 10ft phone charger cords every couple of months.Now I have a usb C phone, but I can still use this cable extension to charge my phone while using it.

I used these cables as an extender for a mini project I had on my car and it is great quality! The wiring itself is not thin and can be easily stripped to create connections with a relay if desired. I used this with a relay switch to automatically switch between camera modes for a backup camera.

My kids have used these for months and they still work. I think that deserves a gold star. If you love sitting right next to an outlet these may not be for you. These are for an adventurous, life loving, spontaneous individual who likes being at least 4-6 feet away from outlets. Perfect for many uses and all kinds of abuses. Do it.

A must have when your USB cable isn't quite long enough (why does that always seem to be the case?)... Convenient and easy to use - these basic extension cables get the job done. I keep several of them around as my setups seem to change regularly and having cable length options greatly improve my ability to adapt with minimal hassle.
