Delicious chilled or used in mushroom soup
When you fry mushrooms to make soup or put on toast, add a splash of this and let it glaze the mushrooms, you don't need much, but it makes an incredible difference. A small glass of this, after a good steak, rounds the meal off delightfully. Serve with one ice cube and just sip... maybe take a small square of good, dark chocolate, let it melt in your mouth, then sip the sherry. The long, velvet aftertaste means that you don't need dessert. If you enjoy dried fruit, like me, you will love it. A few salted almonds or some fruitcake are great pairings, but really, do try the mushrooms, you will be amazed what this sherry does to them. Absolutely fantastic.

Fantastic Sherry
Rich, sweet and delicious. It may be somewhat sacrilege but I use this in my Christmas pudding every year to impart that extra hit of richness. Of course there's always enough left over to enjoy a glass or five over the Xmas period.

Top level sherry
A Luscious sherry. It is sweet with many levels of flavour. I always have some in and have bought it for others as gifts. It tastes like Christmas in a glass.

This is gorgeous
Bought this to make Nigella's Puddinis, they were yummy and this sherry is wonderful. It is the flavour of alcoholic raisins and like Christmas in a glass...
