Outstanding performance and customer service
13 inch installed in a 2015 Sonata. Great customer service from before buying to after purchasing. It arrived very fast, they used USPS which made me anxious because USPS is bad delivering to the wrong address. I originally had another android installed (different brand, smaller size) so all I had to do was plug and play. This was a bigger size than previous receiver, but it came with two frames to fit it into my original 9” frame, so I was able to install this 13”, highly recommended and way better than ither android receivers.

Don't pass this game changer up
Just wanted to check back in with the dudu7, the radio blows my mind with its smooth operating system it 3x pip displays and not to mention all the awesome ways you can set this up if there was a 10 star button it would get a 20. Don't look anywhere else don't be fooled with all these cheap android head units that are on the market. THESE ARE THE YEARS OF MEKEDETECH DUDUAUTO THE DUDU7

Absolutely amazing hardware and software. Not always the best after sale support...
First off let me just say, the hardware is awesome. I got the 12 GB RAM and 256 GB Storage version and it is snappy as heck. Be default, it just goes to sleep when you turn the car off and the darn thing pops on so quick when you turn the car on, it almost beats my instrument cluster. The DUDU Auto software is good as well. One gripe I do share with owners of pretty much all android headunits is that Android Auto is not reliable on initial connection. About 20% of the time it just sits there an spins on "connecting". Often going to radio and back makes it work. I think this is the fault of the android app, not DUDU Auto.I purchased mine direct from Meke because I emailed them about vehicle compatibility first. The process went well. A rep emailed me back, I sent an image of my dash and they told me they would send mine with a frame, high speed data wire adapter and wiring harness for my vehicle. Should be a super easy install I thought.Wel, not so much. They do not make the frames, they just source what they find to be the best for each vehicle. I noticed the frame they sent me for my older highlander was the same as another android tablet/headunit. It came with 3 extra wire harnesses beyond the default stuff in the DUDU7 box.NO instructions of any sort. There was a QR code for online instructions which were rather generic and at times convoluted. Many things did not match the accessories I had for my car. I do like a puzzle so I figured it would all become clear when I pulled the factory headunit.WEll... no. I did get basic functionality but I had an extra harness from them and many things like the frame, airbag system etc were not working. And we come to the main reason I only give this 4 stars.... The tech support. My god it is bad. It is what some of you may be used to now from China. Only 1 or two responses overnight and it is like they are just reading the support history for the first time every time. They ignore most of your questions and leave short cryptic responses. What finally worked was emailing the initial contact I had at Dudu-Auto and inquiring about the 30 day return window. All of a sudden I had someone at support who actually paid attention to what I was asking and cleared up a lot of ambiguities. One was the misinformation that I would have access to the high speed canbus for vehicle data. That didn't happen. I had to splice two harnesses together to get the frame controls to connect to the headunit on the canbus input.I had to figure the SRS airbag error out on my on (a problem many people with a 2nd gen highlander seem to have with aftermarket stereo installs. The solution was to extract the Hazards/ alarm, seatbelt and Airbag board from the factory radio frame, wrap it in electrical tape, hook it back up and just splice the hazards switch from the Meke supplied frame in parallel. Then I just stuffed the factory board back behind the headunit in the dash. Works fine now and it is always nice to have the airbag functional for your passengers.Wiring in the factory reverse camera was fun since they did not give me a harness for that and my vehicle required a 12v to 6v buck converter. But, I got it done.By the way, these wire taps were absolutely invaluable for the install process on my car. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B072N7S3DL?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_titleSo, after all the frustration and tearing my hands up digging behind the dash in my car, I now have an amazing android headunit in my old 2nd gen highlander. IT was worth it to me but not everyone may want to go through the same process. Although, if you have a newer vehicle, it probably would be smoother.

Amazing
Truly the best head unit currently available. As others have said, as soon as I placed my order, I was contacted by Mekede and asked to provide details about my car and pictures of my dash. I was then provided with a link to get a compatible harnass, canbus and fascia kit for my car. Installation was fine, pretty easy to figure out which cords connect where and there are plenty of install videos available if you need help. The only issue I have had is that control of my heated seats are not currently supported for my car. I can however set comfort settings to auto which turns on heated seats and steering wheel when it's below 40f. Which is acceptable considering how great every other aspect of it is. Also it was compatible with my factory backup camera.Great product and great customer service!Update: after posting this review I was contacted by mekede regarding support for heated seat controls. I gave them my vehicle info (make, model, trim level, etc) as well as canbus decoder version and was told I can expect it to be supported in future software updates. As I said before, all the good things this head unit is capable of far outweighs the loss of this one feature. A feature that still can be set to auto anyway. But the fact that they went out of their way to address it says a lot for their customer service.

Horrible customer service.
I bought this unit for my car and it truly is the best in the world. We did have trouble keeping it connected to my phones Hotspot in which a reformat fixed the issue. The customer service is absolutely OUTSTANDING, she stayed with me answering all of my questions however long it took. With the quality of service AND the technology, I decided to buy a 2nd unit for my Ford expedition. Absolute AMAZING company!!!

try the rest, then get the best
The media could not be loaded. tried a bunch of other android head units that claim various features but never really delivered. duduaudio and duduos are leagues ahead of the competition. the OS is actually android 13 (not faked like cheaper units). screen is nice and sharp, everything was plug and play except for the factory amplifier i had to connect two wires so the head unit could turn the amplifier on. integrated with my steering wheel controls right away. audio sounds great, nice EQ for tweaking sound.
