I really like this little dvd player. I haven’t had a chance to explore all of its features but what I have so far is just great including picture and sound quality. It’s compact for sure and easy to use.

The Tech Support for this DVD Player is so unusually superb. Buy this player just for their support.I am very happy with the size of the player and its functionality. I wanted a DVD player to use In my workshop. I wanted a player that would work with and without a remote. I wanted a player that would push the audio to a Bluetooth speaker. I also wanted a player that could extend the audio to a speaker with a cable. I got all this and more. The Bluetooth works ‘out’ to a speaker and ‘in’ from another device, such as my iPad or iPhone to act as a player/speaker. I have not yet used the USB interface for playing MP anythings.Now for the best part: their tech support. A few days after unboxing it, I found that the alarm function could not be set to off, so it would alarm beep every 24 hours. I contacted Tech Support by email, and they responded by email within hours with an operating system patch with good instructions on how to unpack the software patch and load it. I had no more clock alarm issues after that.I then started having an issue with the DVD playback memory. I would pause the DVD while I ate lunch or something, and it would not remember where I had paused it. I then had to skip through the playback until I manually found where I had left off. After a few days of this I emailed their tech support again. They told me that their lab could not duplicate my issue, so they told me that they would send me a new Player at no charge. It is now only 48 hours later, and the replacement Player just showed up. Most companies take week or more to send a warranty part for anything. I cannot rave enough about their responsive tech support.I am very much satisfied with the DVD player itself. It is sturdy, not flimsy cheap plastic. I highly recommend this DVD player.

portable, has a remote and looks nice - however it feels cheaply made (the cd/dvd door has already broken) 😞

I had problems using this to play .MP4 files on my USB drive. It plays .MP3 okay. Also, the DVD player only uses a small horizontal strip of the screen and a movie looks out of proportion. It's a shame to have a nice size screen where most of the screen isn't used. The player needs improvement, but the customer service has been excellent.

The media could not be loaded. It arrived a day earlier than expected which was nice. Lightweight. Remote requires 2 AAA batteries (not included).The dvd player was already at full charge so I was able to turn it on right away. The volume sounds pretty loud. There is a bluetooth setting which i havent messed with yet. There is also a clock button which can be set and also used for timed shut down. The time shut down goes from 30,60,90,120 and 180 minutes. Overall I am pleased with my purchase.

This product works as expected and it's upright size gives it a smaller footprint. You can play either DVD's or from a USB stick. Great little player.
