I usually make my gravy from scratch but tried this when I was in a pinch and a hurry. It is not better than scratch but it still will pass for decent gravy. I doubt anyone in your family can tell the difference.

Not bad coming from a can!
We no longer cook as much and gravy rarely shows up, so I wanted a hot roast beef sandwich and some mashed potato. So I tried this and was pleasantly surprised. A tad too much salt, still okay. For the price is was great. Putting a can or two into the RV.
