Easy to use
Once I found the right size, this brace was very helpful to keep my fingers in the correct position while healing from a sprain. I enjoyed having the extras since I tended to take them off when washing my hands or sleeping and then just forgetting them. The only thing that was hard was remembering which side was the front

Cheap Alternative to Oval-8 Once I Figure Out Correct Size
Product is like I expected, except seems to be slightly larger than an equivalent sized Oval-8. Trying one size down to see if it fits better. For the cheap price can try several times and still save money.

Works great - better than others I tried - but sizes are inconsistent
I tried 3 different splints for "hammer" finger. These worked by far the best. Easy to clean; simple and lightweight; amply rigid. Most importantly is I can type better with this than the other ones I tried. The SIZING is the tricky part since they aren't adjustable like some bulkier ones. I first got a multi-size pack. Found the smallest in the pack, #4, was a good fit for my pinky—maybe _tad_ too large though. So I ordered a pack of all #3s (smaller than the pack had). Way too small. But then lost my only #4 from the multi-size pack, so ordered a separate lot of just all #4s. They were TOO SMALL; clearly smaller than the #4 I got in the multi-size pack that I had been wearing up until losing it a few days prior. If the separate all-one-size lots are generally smaller than the multi-size packs, then the #5 might work well, so I ordered some of those and fingers crossed. Worst case a tiny bit of medical tape can compensate. If you luck into the right size these can work great. Or with a bit large size and some compensating tape they work quite well.

Highly recommended to prevent the pain of trigger finger.
I have severe trigger finger in 3 fingers which require surgery. They are on both hands. While I have surgery on one hand these splints are comfortable and prevent the affected fingers from bending and getting stuck which would require me to manually release the fingers which is incredibly painful. These splints allow me to complete all my chores without the pain accompanied with trigger finger. What a great splint.

Sizing incorrect, fall off
I used the rec measurements but these are too small. Despite fitting too tightly, I lost one within the first hour of wearing it. I don’t think this is good for dip joints - might work on the middle finger joint if you had the right size. These are costly for what they are.

Size 8 fits like an Oval-8 size 9
The headline says it all, but, overall, I was surprised to find this a much less expensive and effective alternative to the Oval-8 splints, which, although helpful, are crazy expensive. I find that I constantly misplace my Oval-8 splints when I remove them for various reasons and then forget to don them again. I found no rough edges on the splints in my packet and they seem as sturdy as my Oval-8 splints. Time will tell. Oval-8 splints can be adjusted by applying heat at certain points to custom-fit the appliance to your specific finger needs. I do not know if the same applies to these splints, however.

Get what you pay for
Cheaply made, same size, but they fit differently

best brace I have found
I tried them all - from the ones that are like a knee brace, to the ones that secure with velcro; these are the best I have gotten. When I first received them, they were a bit loose, but still worked - but glad they were loose because my fingers swell from time to time. I love these since they allow for air flow on your finger(s) and you don't have to remove them when you wash your hands, etc.
