This review is for the “ Cabeau Evolution Earth Deluxe Memory Foam Travel Neck Pillow The Best Travel Pillow with 360° Head, Neck and Chin Support (Fire)‘i did not think in a million years that a travel neck pillow could be comfortable. i have tried half a dozen and gave them to charity. This Cabeau EED pillow has taken me by surprise. It has super nice covering, velvet thats stretchy and it has high supportive walls that enclose but not constrict my neck. The additional chin strap is also quite nice to use, but maybe not for more than 6-7 hours. I used the pillow on my latest cross country flight of 4.5 hours and I was able to take a very refreshing long nap. I ordered the beautifully bright red/orange version and really like it. It comes with a good draw string bag to keep it clean. The recycled materials aspect is another big plus for me.When i got it the price was $40, by now it has dropped to $35 - yes, that is still more than the cheap airport travel pillows but its definitely much better than some of the fancy complicated pillows out there. this is my fave by far.

Soft and supportive. Everything I need.

This texture of the removable fabric cover is soft, and the pillow does exactly what it claims to do - it 100% will keep your head from moving around. I do think it would be best for non-petite people though. I am 5' tall and have a short neck, probably made shorter by degenerative cervical discs. This pillow put pressure on my face and ears that I do not think would happen for someone with a longer neck, but it does give my neck a nice gentle stretch. The pillow does say it is not for children under 12, so if you are shorter than your average preteen, maybe a pillow that doesn't sit so high from shoulder to ear would be better for you. The carry bag is a nice bonus.

Compared to others I looked at, both in person and online, what's distinctive about this one is the height. It's probably 50% to 100% taller around the neck compared to most others. On me, it covers the lower 1/3 of my ears. I'd thought that maybe the highest parts (in green on my color) are softer foam that's more easily compressed under the jawline. But it all seems to be the same density. This doesn't make it uncomfortable at all - it's actually quite cozy and very supportive. It does feel a little confining, but on the bright side your head will definitely not be unsupported. That's especially true if you connect the strap. There's a way, supposedly, for it go under the chin. I haven't gotten that to work for me, but it does tightly cinch up the front. The strap also stores in a little pocket on the side, which is convenient if you don't want to bother with it. The cover is very soft, and removable with a zipper for washing.All in all, I'd prefer a pillow that is extra supportive to one that is too open - otherwise it can't serve it's purpose. It is a little expensive, but it is also probably the most supportive pillow I've seen - though it may take some getting used to.

I have a short neck and this was a little much for me. It held my neck up so high and stiff that it was very unenjoyable and not relaxing for me. It felt like a medical neck brace and that I did not like. The reason I give a ⭐️⭐️⭐️ is that it is a good fit for my husband! He enjoyed the neck support it gave on our plane ride. He likes the soft removable cover and he likes how easy it is to fold up and store.This is DEFINITELY NOT a - one size fits all product!!

This is a very thick, dense memory foam neck pillow. It is more akin to the type of memory foam you'd find in a mattress: plush, heavy, and very comfortable. The unique shape removes a little bit of padding at the back of the pillow so that your neck is more flush with the seat and supported better on the sides. I think it is more comfortable because it stops the pillow from compressing and pushing on your neck while keeping it more upright. I personally love the chin strap but it doesn't work well for everyone. There is a nice little fabric storage compartment for the strap as well as a soft case for the pillow itself. All in all, this is a perfect pillow for serious travelers looking for the absolute best comfort and neck support in a travel pillow.
