Is the writing in black & Red ink? Can someone post a photo of an actual printing?

It was black and red ink, unable to answer 2nd question, gave to dad and he's deceased. Sorry no longer have it.

Doesn't have a $ sign. It has the letters "USD" in front of the dollar amount though and I don't know if that can be removed or not.
