I recently had an exceptional customer service experience with Waterdrop that I felt compelled to share. After four years of reliable use, my first water filtration unit started developing an intermittent leak around the spout. I was close to giving up and either recycling it or switching to a different brand entirely. However, I decided to reach out to their customer service team first, and I'm so glad I did. Robbie Lee, their representative, was outstanding from start to finish. Even though my original warranty had expired years ago, they offered me a replacement unit at a discounted price, with a simple return process for the old one. This level of service is rare these days. Not many companies are willing to help customers once the warranty period has ended, let alone four years later. Thank you, Waterdrop, and a special thanks to Robbie Lee for going above and beyond to take care of your customers. This experience has made me a loyal customer for life.
