Comfort, good base and treble
I use it for road cycling with a helmet and shades on with good comfort level. The Bluetooth connection is weaker to optimize power usage if your phone is in your shorts' pocket. However, there is no issue with the connection if you place the phone in your 3 jersey back pockets. It will resume play from where you stopped in memory mode after power off, and I like it this way. The connection to the phone is quick in Bluetooth mode. The battery level reached mid-range after 3 hours of use and charged to full in less than half an hour without using high-speed charging. The sound quality is good for both the bass and treble. You can wear this all day if not for the connectivity issue when your phone is in your trouser pocket, but there is no issue if you are holding your phone.

Very good headphones
I edited my review from 1 star to 4 stars. I had received my headphones with a faulty USB charger(1 pin broken) and the worst battery life. After buying another USB charger from H2O Audio website and resetting the headphones my experience improved. The audio quality and the Bass is excellent at low and medium volumes. Playing at maximum volume is quite uncomfortable. I use these headphones in long distance running and they are very ok.After H2O Audio advising me to reset the headphones, battery life improved from 2 to 4 hours in Bluetooth mode. This is enough for my distance running, but the advertised battery life of 6-9 hours seems to be theoretical and impossible for me to achieve. Am actually getting half of the advertised battery life.My suggestion to H2O Audio: kindly include 2 USB chargers in the package.

Comfortable and great sound quality!
I bought two pairs of - one for me and one for my son - and they are awesome! I use them all the time while walking, running, swimming and even around the house. So comfortable that you forget you're wearing them. Sound quality is top notch and seems superior to the Shokz model I used to use (until they stopped working). Will be getting several more pairs for gifts for other family members. Good price point and excellent value.

Top tier customer service
The product itself is very comfortable and the sound is great! What sets this small family business apart is the top tier customer service. My concerns were addressed promptly and there was an actual person I communicated with. I really enjoy spending money with small business owners no matter where they are located, and this family business for this product/industry deserves my patronage. I will continue to be a lifelong customer. If anyone is looking for this type of product, this company should be your first choice.

Complex - could not get it to play
Very hard to set up and understand how it works. Disappointed as this has great potential but it’s complicated to use and I’m a IT type of person and have spent hours trying to work this out.Support is very limited with voice mail when you callHate to give this 1 star rating as I swim daily and really want this to work. However will have to return and look for another productSeems the reviews a true. HIGH RETURN RATE.

Trading silence for physical distraction.
I had done hours of research looking at different headsets that could help increase situational awareness while exercising.I settled upon these because it's durability was highly rated. But I also really thrive when I am able to hear the bass in music. Granted bone conduction does not have the physical capability to do the same , I knew what I was getting myself into when I bought these. What made me hit the return button was how poorly these fit on my head. I have a smaller head, and wear eyeglasses and usually exercise with a cap. For maximal sound, these had to sit on a very specific part of my face. Wearing eyeglasses made it a little tricky. But with the cap and general movement, they kept shifting. I was able to hear my surroundings but had to keep fiddling with the headpiece. And if I wanted more bass, I had to put earplugs in.If the company incorporates their durability with features of a competitor (two size offerings & air conduction bass), this headset would be gold.
