Bought this to help my daughter sit the USA SAT for entrance to American University. Very glad we did as gave excellent insight into the differences between British and American studying, and there are big differences. A substantial book, she literally browsed through this and also tried tests beforehand, and ultimately achieved an excellent result in the SAT. Well worth buying, but do try to do it at least a month before the SAT.

must have for students taking the SAT especially those from the UK
bought this because I want to go to a university in the US and it's v useful, there's a lot more pages than I thought and the practice tests are going to be super helpful! Hoping to score over 2200 so I guess this is my summer book... but I'm sure if I work hard I will get it because this book is totally incredible. Now I just need to manage to get into one of the unis I'm applying to!

Excellent study guide
A really good study guide. Should help with that little extra that's needed to do well in a exam, the answers are in the back which always helps!!!!

Practical, informative handbook
Arrived promptly: a massive tome which must have taken 3 strong men to carry up the drive! However, the purposes of the test are clearly explained and the contents have already been very useful. The book is a must for any British student hopeful of gaining entry to higher education in the USA.

Not useful for anything but the practice tests
They have plenty of tests... I don't think the book is too useful otherwise. It's made of a cheap quality paper as well.

The only way to go!...
When it comes to studying for the SAT there is only one way to go: Official SAT Questions. This SAT book is the only one that offers official SAT questions that have appeared on previous tests, as it is sold by the creators of the SAT, Collegeboard. Other books may be good, but this one is the only one that ensures questions like the ones on the real thing. I took the SAT now in March 2013 and I can verify this. So if you have scheduled an SAT test and do not have a study aid yet. Stop thinking and press BUY!

Required Reading
This book is excellent in helping your children prepare for their SAT Exams. No one said it is easy, but it helps give them insight of what is expected so they can prepare and be confident in their efforts to get the best grade possible

Recebi o livro numa caixa bem bunitinha. Foi entegue no prazo sim.Ma só tem um detalhe ,pois teve algumaspaginas que esão amaçadaseas bordasdas brochura também.Não achei ruim,masé uma coisa que vcs podemverificar pq temum clienteschatos(fdp)quevao dizer coisas negativas caso ocorrar com eles isso. Mascomigo está tudo otimo.

Ich habe mir das Buch gekauft, da ich mich auf einer amerikanischen Uni beworben habe und dort SAT Tests Pflicht sind. Das Buch ist gut um einen Eindruck zu bekommen, wie so ein Test ausschaut, die Benotung erfolgt und um einen Probetest zu machen. Jede/r der/die den SAT macht sollte zumindest überlegen, ob man das Buch kauft. Schließlich ist der Test selbst nicht billig, da kann man auch gerne mal ein paar Euro mehr ausgeben und dafür besser beim Test abschneiden :) Also alle Ehrgeizigen: Hier zuschlagen!
