I Purchased this bike, and I’m very satisfied with its performance. The suspension is truly comfortable and feels high-quality, making every ride much more enjoyable. However, what I really want to highlight is the exceptional customer service I received.Initially, the bike I received had a factory defect—one of the suspension screws broke. When I contacted them, they immediately understood the situation. They tried to send me replacement screws, but unfortunately, they didn’t have them in stock. After reaching out to the bike manufacturer, they found out the screws were no longer in production. Instead of leaving me with no solution, the store went above and beyond by sending me an entirely new bike.This level of responsibility and dedication to customer satisfaction is truly admirable. The new bike I received has been perfect—I’ve been using it for some time now, and it hasn’t given me a single issue. I highly recommend this store, not only for the quality of their products but also for their excellent service and commitment to their customers. They truly deserve a 5-star rating!

The bike was just as described. Easy to assemble gears needed a miner adjustment, but was ok to ride once together.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Look it's an incredible smooth shifting bike but downsides are you need to know what your doing , I had to adjust brake lines and pads and I had to adjust the shifting to make perfect but other things went smoothly

Poorly made front end snapped off so the in 3 months! Lucky my son didn’t hurt himself!

If you are planning to purchase more than one of these bikes, I would recommend doing so as separate orders (put in cart, complete the purchase, put in the new cart, purchase the next one)If you do more than 1 in the same order, they can only list one of the packages (big ol box) on Amazon, and you'll only receive one of the tracking numbers. The customer service is great though, if you message them they'll reply pretty promptly and give you the shipping info for the other package(s).Anyway, 2nd bike will be here tomorrow but the one I received today is great! Gonna probably buy a different seat for some added support, and metal pedals for better grip, but those are what I'd do on any bike, not just for this one. All in all a great purchase

I had to take the rim to get fixed before my son could ride it. The rim was bent pretty bad. The rest of the bike was great and has been good for my teenage son.
