Ordered this item on Friday and received by Monday (Super fast from USPS but not rating the post office) and couldnt wait to try it out. I do not agree with the packaging used for shipping the item but it arrived with no defects. Instructions where easy to understand and I would recommend typing the instructions or scanning them in to a computer so that you may have an electronic copy to refer to just in case the original gets lost, damaged or accidently thrown away. The controls are smooth but I did notice a glitch when playing Black Ops 2 Zombies. While playing Zombies with auto aim and rapid fire enabled the auto aim feature worked however I noticed that I could not shoot when pulling the right trigger. This to me is a timing issue from the user and not a malfunction in the controller. In my opinion this controller is a 4.5+ star product however I will never rate any product with 5 stars due to the simple fact that nothing is perfect.

This is a great joystick love all 10 modes but some are a bit buggy. I think it was mode 8 that stops you from shooting from time to time in a fire fight. But the rest of the modes are great and the jitter mode works 100%.

My sons enjoy very much the controller and we had no issues with it so far, after about 1 year of abuse.

THe controller is in perfected shape and it good when i play with it I LOVE IT it a good brand.

instead of giving me a blue and black controller I got a chrome one only ten mode when I ordered 17

although this product might function well, it messes up gameplay, it's a MODIFIED CONTROLLER! it slows down gameplay on xbox live. and not to mention, if u need a modded controller to help u play, u have no skill, or u just suck at playing games. i'm waiting for someone to make an arguement.......
