Carry-On Baggage for Short Trips
Gate8 produce quality luggage which is focused on the ability to comply with airlines rules for carry-on bags. This is arguably the smallest (by design) of the Gate8 range and it is designed for short trips requiring overnight clothes and a laptop computer + leads etc. The product is well made with good zips and is highly recommended for those who wish to travel light; however, the capacity for clothes is surprising and while smaller, with careful packing, compares favourably to a small carry on wheeled case (it does not have wheels). The computer compartment will accommodate laptops up to 13.3 inches (I have tried both a MacBook Pro (new version) and an HP ProBook and both fit). This product is not cheap but is recommended for short trips - the photo shows a fully packed bag which weighs around 5 Kg (within the airlines weight limit).
