The Dr recommended traction before considering surgery for the C5 disc. So far it’s been a blessing. Hard to believe that for under $20, I’m preventing surgery. Daily use is necessary at this time. My disc has slowly returned to it’s original position.

Provides relief dependent on your type of pain/injury
Really really helps when I need traction. Provides relief dependent on your specific type of pain. I have a herniation in c6 and use this when I feel a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders that can’t be relieved otherwise.

Not so great for providing traction lower on the neck
I imagine this would work great for problems mid-neck, but the blown disc at the base of my cervical spine barely feels any relief with this. I'm gonna keep it for travel, it'll be a great plane pillow.

Good product but Velcro strap needs to be longer
All was good with the pillow except the Velcro strap that attaches both sides is not long at all An once blown up it will not teach to attach. My neck is not big at all. Without it attaching you don’t get the full support that is needed

Great purchase
Wife uses this for some neck tension headaches she gets, she uses it atleast 2x a week. So id say that this is a good item.
