Works great!
I don't normally write reviews, but this time - I'm going to.I have a small home audio studio and am a sound engineer for small local live bands and needed to multi-track record live audio from the band on stage which engineer from an off stage location and the audio interface was USB.This USB 2.0 extender works absolutely flawlessly with no install required and coped perfectly with 24 tracks of audio with zero latency over 20m cat5e cable.Am really happy with this item and can recommend highly.

AVAccess support is quick to respond,
Although Initial bench test failed to link both units over a 60m cat 7 new cable, contacted av access support, Johnny advised updating firmware and supplied a link, unit updated and retested, first attempt still no link , reversed cable connections and units connected successfully, unplugged and replugged several times and link established perfectly each time, cable has since been installed underground and units reconnected with no problems, possible pin in receiver or cable slightly misaligned caused poor connection,

Excellent
Using it in conjuction with a cat 7 ethernet and an 20metre hdmi 2.1 to use a PC that is on a different floor to the LG CX. Works well for 4k 120hz usage

USB Extender with 4 Ports from AV Technology
If you are looking to extend USB beyond five metres this pair of units will do the job without fuss, just plug up and go, no drivers needed just a mains point at the far end to supply the power to the device(s). As a semi retired IT bloke I can recognise quality and this product has it in bucket loads.Even the 2.1mm DC connector is the screw lockable type which just shows the thought that has gone into producing this product.Btw, I have no connection whatsoever to this company or seller.

Expensive, but the only one that seems to work
After a slew of poor USB extenders, this is the first one that works flawlessly over a 30m CAT6 extension from one side of my house to the other. Its certainly pricier, but worth the money. The fact its powered at the receiving end does allow it to support multiple ports as well. The cheap £10-20 versions just aren't reliable.

Easy to install
I've used this to power a remote webcam. There are more drop outs using this than when the camera was plugged directly in to the laptop but it works ok.

Does what it says
Used as part of a remote KVM setup to run a USB mouse, keyboard and Stream Deck; works perfectly over 20m of Cat6 cable.
