Perfect for our fancy dress party

Bought this for my husband for a New Year's Eve fancy dress party. It was dispatched quickly so nothing to worry about in that respect. It is fairly good value for money (there's a lot more expensive costumes out there and we didn't want to pay too much for just one night). He looked good in the costume and it was just what we needed. The material is very thin though, so just be aware of that, and I had to do a last minute repair to it, as the stitching came away a bit at the seam of the leg, but it took just minutes to do and was fine for the rest of the evening. It washed up well afterwards. Overall, reasonably pleased with it and we will keep it for possible future parties.

Good for price paid, material is thin, but overall ok. Fits well, when ironed looks even better. Fancy Dress for 2013 New Years eve.

Just received this today.As others have stated, material is a bit see through and a bit flimsy, but overall quite good value. Shame it has 'HMS' on the hat and 'US navy' on the sleeve... would be better if it said 'US NAVY' on the hat too. There's plenty of photos around of what the uniform looked like, so it shouldn't have been difficult to get that bit right. Bit annoying for a pedant like me

So, the hat says 'HMS' which is Royal Navy. But the top says 'US Navy'. Ridiculous. False advertising IMHO.
