This book is too long. It’s very intensely written, and I found it hard to follow and to concentrate on. One of the chapters starts with the graphic description of a vicious attack on a woman years ago in New York’s Central Park. The story is there to illustrate a point but is inappropriate and makes for horrible reading for sensitive readers. I put it down after that and have tried to pick it up again but just can’t get into it. Tony Robbins and this book are massively rated but I can’t see what the fuss is about.
