Cheap / budget cost per serving
Solid pre. Good taste and mixes well. Just missing some ingredients for a better pump. But that’s kind of expected at this price point.

Little or no Yohimbe
I have taken pre workout drinks in the past containing Yohimbe and this item appears not to contain any. It does give you a little boost but that is just from the caffeine.

Tread lightly with this one
I've used up a couple cans of this. Had mixed results. Here's why.I started with the insane labz black can, I really liked it and is not a high stim preworkout.I wanted a little extra umph so I tried out this high stim version.I really enjoyed the energy I got from my workouts. Before you take this though, you really need to have something already in your stomach. I find if I drink this on a fast or in the morning, my body rejects it and I throw it up. Not fun.I love the company, but this preworkout just ain't it.
