So I been taking this vitamin for a week or so now for my pcos. and I have noticed some changes in my mood and my body hormones. I have always struggled with a dark spot underneath my mouth and I always felt insecure about it. 2 weeks in and I finally had a full week cycle. It's been years since that has happened. If you are having issues, I would definitely try these out!
