Time saver
Expensive, but a nice option if you are doing lots of floors. We are redoing all our wood floors. Did the whole brush on the hands and knees in the 1st room. This works great and saved the bones and time also! I purchased an extra tube brush, just in case. I'm cheap and planned to reuse them.Totally doable but you need to make sure you clean them really good with some good mineral spirits. I used some cheap stuff and used $12 of spirits for cleaning a $18 tube brush. One of mine I didn't get completely clean and it was partly hard so it doesn't work very well now. Otherwise they seem very durable since I worked them fairly hard.

AWESOME EVEN FOR A BEGINNER!
Remodeling a home that has 1,000 s.f. of 50-year-old oak flooring. Sanded throughly, stained and then debated on how apply the water-based oil-modified poylurethane. My 24-yr old son applied the poly with this T-bar system while I did the edge work with a brush and kept his 18" paint tray properly filled and out of his way. Took us about 3 hrs to apply each coat. Abraded, wiped-down & prepped per poly instructions. Applied 3 coats and couldn't be happier with the results! Just remember to "land" and "take-off" from the floor surface as if the T-bar was a plane. Keep the applicator moving as you land and take-off and you won't have any problems with puddles or streaks. Don't push down on the applicator at any time, or you may get bubbles in your finish. Don't rub applicator on paint tray & don't submerge it either. Just dip it deep enough to thouroughly coat the bottom half, then TOUCH it on the paint tray ribs and hold it over the tray, rotating it if necessary to wait for any dripping to stop before applying to floor. GOOD LUCK!

The Perfect Tool for Floor Varnishing
This tool was ideal for applying varnish to my floor. The old varnish had worn off unevenly, creating waves that I suspect were due to an imperfectly level sanding job. Using the Bona Traffic with this T-bar allowed me to distribute the varnish evenly and efficiently. My only suggestion would be to use a 12 or 14-inch bar instead, given the size of the area.

This is how you put polyurethane on a floor
I tried other methods of coating my floor with polyurethane, this tool works the best. My floors are smooth as glass. Watch videos on how to use it, takes a little practice but worth it.

“With refill”
It’s the bar and one applicator. You don’t get too applicators. The term with refill makes me think you’ll get a second applicator to refill the applicator that you use …
