Affordable ring for sleep tracking and daily activities
I've been using this smart ring for a few weeks now, and it's become a handy addition to my daily routine. It's lightweight and comfortable to wear (once you find the right size), and after a while, I forget I even have it on. This makes it great for sleep tracking, which is one of the main reasons I got it. It's fascinating to see my sleep pattern, and the detailed insights are helping me improve my bedtime habits. The app is intuitive and easy to use. The ring also comes with some cool features. For example, I love using the air gesture feature to control my music while cooking or running—it's convenient to skip songs or pause without touching my phone, especially when my hands are messy. As advertised, it's waterproof, so I can keep it on while washing dishes, jogging, or taking a quick shower with no issues.Overall, at this price, it's packed with useful features and feels like a great value for daily health tracking and general use.

Great concept - Poor performance.
Got it charged up & BT paired w my phone & app no problem. But the stats were wildly inaccurate. Heart rate, sleep & step trackers, were just...wrong. disappointing because I was really looking forward to monitoring, especially my sleep. Returned for refund.

Stylish and useful smart ring
The smart ring is much better for me than a smart watch. I tend to get allergic redness when wearing watch band. So having a smaller ring is much comfier for tracking health. Also the smaller form factor makes it easy to wear all the time. The app is also easy to navigate and love the air gesture feature. Very cool!

Disappointing
I had high hopes for this ring. It looks descent and fits comfortably, but the readings are way off compared to my watch and to Apple Fitness. For instance, the steps counter was consistently about half of that recorded on my watch and Apple Fitness. The looks and fit are meaningless if it doesn't accurately serve its main function.

Size your finger
Make sure you size your finger before you order but with that being said mine was too small but I put it on a different finger and I could never get it to work so I returned it. I gave it two stars because it looked good the app was okay but again the ring never worked so I bought one from a different vendor

It works.
Almost a month since I got this smart ring. It works. I measured my heart rate during relaxed periods and after a good run and it gives different results. For the price, it’s a good alternative against the more expensive ones. One thing, don’t let the battery life go lower.m than 50% or else it will disconnect from the app.Other than that, it still deserves a 4 star.

This Smart Ring
Nobody knows health and fitness better than me, and let me tell you, this smart ring is YUGE. It’s got everything—heart rate, blood oxygen, exercise, sleep monitoring—24/7. You’ll know exactly how you're doing, folks. It tracks your steps, calories, distance—everything to keep you in top shape.

Easy App easy but inaccurate
I've worn it for two days and I think the step counter is counting 2x my real steps. I think it tracks my hand movement. I use my hands a lot at work that requires and quick back and forth movement. I think it's counting that. It also thinks I only sleep like 2 hours two nights in a row.I love how easy it is to use and the app is simple too but if the ring isn't accurate then what's the point. I like the pulse oximeter but I have one of those, I think that is accurate but I mainly got it for the step and sleep tracking and those are obviously inaccurate...For people with smaller hands the ring is okay, it's a bit too wide, thick. Not overly but it hurts to wear under my gloves at work. My other rings never gave me issue.
