I used this in conjunction with 200 mil foil covered self-stick foam to reduce noise and vibration inside the cab of my Polaris Ranger 1000. This product was the first layer and did a great job of reducing vibration and a fair job on noise. There was little to no noticeable smell and the thickness seemed spot on for my application. It was easy to work with (cut and shape) and stays put once it's rolled into place. I haven't evaluated heat retention or durability at this point. Overall, I'm very pleased with this product.

I’m pretty surprised how well these work. Just put them in a few spots over my promaster van bulkhead and the larger empty body panels. Big change.

Fast shiitake amazing product

Ive used this product several times. It is easy to work with, applies easily and does a good job of sound dampening without creating spacing issues for door panels or other attachment points.

easy to use and is very effective.

I used these to wrap heating ducts in a finished basement ceiling.They cut down the noise transmission through the ductwork significantly.I also paint over them with black dryfall paint with no problems.
