Superbly built and fits perfectly in my GR1. Have always wanted one but shipping from the US was just so expensive. Luckily there was free shipping for the 20lbs plate. Highly recommended.

It is exactly what it says. 30Lbs of cast iron, ready to forge your squishy self into a weapon. It is the antidote to dad bod, erectile dysfunction, male pattern baldness, trigger warnings, love handles, lack of libido, general wussery, complaining, poorly trained dogs, whiny children and grumpy spouses. It put 2 cup sizes on my wife when I took it out of the box. The dog started doing push-ups and singing the star spangled banner without me saying a word. I slid this bad boy up in my ruck, slung it on my back, took a deep breath, and immediately heard a bald eagle scream from the treetops. Legend has it he'll do the same for you. The fit and finish are as expected from this company, which is to say bombproof. it did a number on the Fedex box, but the plate was fine. If you are the type of human that complains about a scratch on your ruck plate due to free shipping, then you probably need to just not buy this and go pop another bag of doritos on the couch while you complain about being out of shape.
