I know the directions say to not ingest but I've been using this for chronic fungal sinitus that spread to my throat and respiratory system. For 8 months I've dealt with blocked nasal passages, tight throat, inability to swallow, constant throats clearing, dry eyes, dry mouth, fatigue, headaches, brain fog, and NOTHING WORKED. I started adding a teaspoon of the oil to my tea just to see if it would be tolerated and immediately the brain fog and moodiness shifted. It returned after a few days so I researched and found that sugar cubes are the best carrier for the oil so I soaked them in a teaspoon of oil and immediately had diarrhea. Along with the diarrhea my sinus opened and began draining. For a week or two I hacked up gobs and gobs of glue-like mucous. Apparently it's called chitin and it's a biofilm for candida. Very few medicines are successful at breaking through biofilm. The turpentine in the oil penetrates the cell's membranes and pushes right out. I'm still expelling the substance but not as often or thick. I haven't breathed through my nose like this in almost a year and only clearing my throat occasionally. I'll continue with the therapy another month which also includes dropping the oil in my nose at night before bed. Thank you so much! I was so miserable and thought I'd have to live with this nuisance forever. I'm stocking up!

Works well on rashes and stings and burns very good. Even blisters. Even on sensitive parts. It actually soothes in places I imagine it would sting. But nope, no sting. Only soothing. Not the best for deep pain, like herniated disc however. But still works. I combine it with tiger balm for my back pain. I appreciate that I can still get older remedies, even if they are petroleum based.
