Great for falling asleep
I’ve been using the melatonin with HTP for several years. I have trouble falling asleep and 10mg of melatonin wasn’t helping. Whatever the HTP is, it definitely makes a difference!

This product is working for me. I’m guessing if you have long-term insomnia it may be more difficult to reset your sleep pattern.
