Extremely happy with this trimmer.As a newly qualified groomer, looking to add to my kit - I can safely say that this was a good purchase.Unfortunately after the first use, I somehow lost the main head, I’m not entirely sure how but I was in a rush after a groom and left everything out!I contacted Oniesal who were fantastic. They were unable to provide me with a replacement part but offered to give me a 50% refund if I ordered again, as a gesture of good will.They provided fantastic communication throughout!Customer service by far exceeds expectations!The product itself is of good quality, the interchangeable heads are fab and easy to change in seconds.The trimmer is low noise, cordless and precise.All in all I’m very happy and will definitely be a returning customer.

It’s great to see how far charging has got and how much charge is left after using, it’s really bright and clear showing on the clippers. 4 dogs to clip and I used this in conjunction with my professional clippers. Really easy to change the heads. Trimmer works well on dog’s paws. Low noise. My favourite is the nail file, don’t even need to clip their nails just used the file. Definitely value for money. Really pleased with my purchase.

These are worth the high star ratings given by so many customers.The positives are:- lightweight- good choice of heads- having the nail sander- ideal size for Jackapoos- quick recharging time- the initial cost- the light is not a gimmick and is very useful on black and white dogs- the different width of heads is a plus but I found the heads didn't take much offThe negatives:- it is not silent but it is very quiet especially compared to the human Wahl version- the heads are tricky to get off and this is very true of the narrower ones.I was not sure if this would be a good idea but I am blown away by how good it is, how quick it is to do a rough coat and most importantly, how easy it is to use.

These are great clippers. We have a very nervous dog with lots of fur! We find these clippers are quiet and efficient so get the job done. The various blades are great.

These seem like good clippers. Have done a good job clipping my working cocker.I thought they were a bit noisy, but the dog wasn't bothered and happily stayed still for the whole clip! The battery seems to be good too, and i didn't need to recharge them during the entire clip, which took about 45-60 mins.

Received this item on time and as advertised, it seems well made and works well. I would say decent value for the price. Have not had it very long so don't feel I should comment on how it will last the test of time.

I am utterly surprised and very disappointed with these clippers. I have a small and very easy dog to clip with easy fur. These clippers would not clip with any of the safety guards on including the small trimmer and paw strimmer. Described as silent. They are not. I had to abandon the clip leaving the dog looking a mess.

I was slightly optimistic about these clippers when I first opened them as they are very lightweight and felt cheap, they came with 83% charge already on them so after charging them full and oiling the blades I set off to work on my Miniature Shnauzer. They are very quiet compared with my Wahl clippers and cut through her coat really well without snagging, they gave a really nice even cut and took less time than my other clippers finishing with still 78% battery life. The only downside to them I would say is it’s messy to oil the blades as you can’t move the blades up and down like you can on the Wahl clippers also not keen on the plastic part that sits on the blades this also makes it difficult to clean them but overall I would recommend for the price, I haven’t tried the nail grinder as neither of my dogs like their feet being messed with
