This book has given me more peace of mind about my traumatic past than any other book or therapeutic approach! One does have to be open-minded to be able accept the truths it talks about, though. I like to meditate often on the book's teachings. It has helped me to stop regretting my past and gives me peace about whatever may happen in the future. It is also very useful for being at peace with everyday inconveniences and annoyances. A family member received this book from a friend several years ago, who had passed about 100 copies out. I bought a new copy for myself, because this particular blue version has more durable binding than the white one which fell apart.

This book is so powerful. It is speaking the truth that we don't hear in our society today. It gives you strength to know and do better so you can receive the graces that God has for you by living in his will for your life.

I have been a Christian over forty years. I have read hundreds of Christian books. This one is in my top five. It is written by Roman Catholic. I am still a non denominational Protestant, but the message of God's DIVINE PROVIDENCE is true for all. It will give you hope when all seems lost.

It's very comforting knowing the God is in control of our lives and continually watches over us and guides us. We must be open to His intervention in our lives and we must be attentive to His actions as He mostly works on our behalf, both subtly and within the world in which we live.

An excellent, insightful book on accepting God's will, in bad times as well as good. It helped me to realize that I am not being punished when adversity strikes, but rather, being given a chance to come closer to his Divine Presence.

I can pick it up, open it to any page and read words that touch my soul.

The author gives a wonderful commentary on the joys, trials, effectiveness, and tribulations of suffering. A beautiful devotional read. So many great items for prayer. Have your highlighter ready!
