quality is good just not the right design.
not user friendly because of the angle. can not rotate freely and don't want to move in and out. Set may fall inside of pipe.

Worked for its intended purpose
This faucet seat wrench did do exactly what it was designed to do. Did I have some hiccups while replacing the worn out faucet seat? Yes I sure did. I tried using this wrench first and well I'm guessing the faucet seat might have been the original one making it like 35 to 40 years old so it was not wanting to easily be removed with a modern day metal wrench. With the first turn of the wrench it rounded the edges of the square part of the wrench and somehow also rounded the faucet seat inside too. lol. yeah I don't know how both got rounded but after 2 hours of drilling it out carefully to not damage the threads of the existing pipe I finally got it removed. Got new one out and it was to big so had to find another one. Two stores later i finally was able to start installing a new seat and get to use this wrench. oops spoke to soon. The wrench once seated on the faucet seat protruded to far into the pipe bottoming out against the back of the plumbing so I had to cut about a little over 1/4 inch off the end of it. After that it worked flawlessly. I don't feel that this wrench was of poor design or quality. It was very old plumbing and with old plumbing sometimes modern tools aren't designed with intentions to be used on very old products. The wrench is still useable. It didn't break or bend when i gave it the torque initially so to me this is a good product and served its purpose.

Works
Have a 1960's bathroom faucet I was working on and plumbing supply house didn't have this. Worked perfectly, price was good and shipped fast.

Rounded!
As soon as I tried to use it and turn it to loosen the seats in the faucet the wrench slipped and started to round off. The metal is too soft I would not buy this product again.
