Do i need to wire a relay in or does this panel not need one, and do i need to wore in a fise somewhere?

Yes, you will need a fuse and relay to use these switches safely and correctly. I highly recommend buying a relay panel to go with the switches to run your devices or lights. You want to have the power to your switches and switch Op leds on a 15amp fuse. The relay panel should have 5-6 fuses, and 5-6 relay seats for 30a-40a relays. This is a great switch panel, I have it in the truck running several different spot lights and 2 sets of 15 warning lights. Your power should come in through the fuse, to your relay. When the relay is closed it will power up your device safely with out hazard of fire, if wired correctly. Good Luck!
