I bought this for my granddaughter. She loved it when it worked. After 4 months it just died. No accident, no abuse - it just wouldn't turn on or charge. No lights, no response. But it's warrantied for 180 days, right? I searched the page for a way to contact them - nothing. There is a product support link but it just tells me that this product is not eligible. So I contacted Amazon and they gave me an email address. I've sent 4 requests and I haven't even gotten an acknowledgement. And Amazon hasn't been any better. Save your money. Don't buy this one or any hoverboard from this company, because if you need warranty support you will be out of luck.

I'm looking for pink Hoverboard and so excited to be able to find it. First time when my 9 years old kid try to ride it, it's shaking so much and I found out that it need to calibrate by following the simple instruction on user manual. The fully charged battery last for about 1.5-2 hours of fun. It's well packaged and a great gift.
