Q: Does this swell rubber?

I used this product on all my door and hatch seals for my 2007 Toyota RAV4 and it brought them to a almost new condition and no swelling of any kind.

Q: does this help with frameless window in winter? 2017 M240xi

I used this product on all my door seals on my RAV4 in the northeast. Crazy weather here in Vermont this Winter with rain one day and close to 0 or below the next. No problem with my doors sticking at all.

Q: Can you take the top off I want to apply it with a foam brush and if so how?

Yes, it just twists off. A brush is a better way to apply it to round surfaces.
