This is kind of a miracle for me
SIL told me this form of Thiamine helped him with the "can't shut off the brain" thing. I gave it a try and WOW! He was right! It is so lovely to go to bed without churning thoughts. Reduced my anxiety as well.Not suggesting these effects will happen to everyone. We are all different, and we all have different medical, nutritional or mental needs/issues.But I am also very skeptical of this kind of thing. I am older, and have tried many, many herbs, supplements and "miracle" this-and-thats, most of which did nothing or did too little to be useful.
