Don't leave home without it. It words off munchies and keeps you safe from demons of overeating.
This stuff is remarkable! It is not a cereal, it is a life saver. It is like pop corn for sophisticated. You carry it with you and you stuff your happy self with it any time you are tempted to pack something but you really should not. It is amazingly satisfyingly with its fun texture and very neutral flavor. You can eat a tone of it and not even notice, but with such a forgiving calories content you as well might. The fun thing about it is that it makes you NOT HUNGRY while does not make you fat. Perfect meal to meal safety device. It is like a floatie that will keep you afloat without making you guilty.

These meet the need for a sugar free crunchy snack
I’m trying to limit my added sugar, and sometimes I just want handfuls of a crunchy cereal-like snack. When i do, I reach for these, and they get me through the craving without ruining my nutrition goals. I would not call them sweet (maybe a 1 or 2 on a sweetness scale of 1 to 10), but they do not taste bad. They are basically very light in flavor, just like a corn puff that is not doused in sugar- which is exactly what these are.

So Yummy And Just The Right Amount Of Crunch
I used to love Kellogg's Big Yella's Sugar Corn pops cereal on a Saturday morning while watching the Looney Tunes in 1970 something. I stopped using sugar years ago. Fast forward many decades and missing the tastes of child hood. I had a serving of puffed corn with almond milk, two packets of stevia and a pinch of salt gave it a stir and Voila--my mouth has been transported in time back to 1970 something. I found myself looking for Saturday am cartoons on YouTube to complete the food time travel experience. Enjoy

Healthy cereal and so good, too!
I really wish this cereal came in bigger packages - it is wonderful to eat on it's own, or, like I do, mix it with another cereal. It's crunchy, healthy and very good - and, best of all, low in calories. This one is a staple in my breakfast cabinet.

Stale
9 dollars for a stale product. What a waste! Even mixed in to warm oatmeal they were stale and stuck to my teeth Update: some portions in the bag have been OK, still few stale ones here and there.
