Great robot activity for Girl Scouts
I bought these for my Girl Scout troop. The girls are ages 12-15. They had a great time putting these together, and every robot worked. The screws were tiny, and I think younger kids may struggle without adult help.

Fun Yet Frustrating
This is a great activity to do with your child, HOWEVER, it takes about an hour to put it together and it is very frustrating with small parts. If you don't get it balanced, it won't work. I had 2 kids so had to put together 2 of them. Makes a cool fun design. Markers ran out within 30 mins of playing with it. I did find others markers to buy as replacements. Not sure how long it will hold up. Great rainy day activity.

Super cute and lots of fun.
These were great fun for our scouts! Easy to assemble. Came in individual packs with necessary tools and individual , step by step, easy to follow visual instructions. The kids were excited and loved it.

Very happy with the learning and entertainment
These were great! I worked with the 4 year old and the 13 YEAR OLD worked on his own putting them together. With the boys age difference this was a rare item that kept them both interested and they enjoyed. We got to discuss batteries and circuitry on a high level (having the 4 yr old explain the wires and battery to others is so much fun for ME) The finished bots work really well. just keep an eye on them they do drift off the paper. Have actually recommended them to a couple of friends. Great for a 30-60 minute activity and then have the bots out again just to watch then drawl.

Was fun but screwing things in was a pain and takes patience because the screws are small

Appropriate for 6-8 not a good school project for older kids 10+
Got these for Christmas gifts not sure how they are but the appear durable and educational. I think the kids will enjoy them. a good value for my nerdy grandkids. As far as functionality we will have to wait until after Christmas to find out more. I was wanting them for an 11 yr old but these seem to be more fitting for 6-8 age range. Although my son says that the 11 yr old will build it fast he believes that the boy will enjoy it.
